Reservation and Cancellation Policy
Reservations are only accepted through our contact phone, made with our dining staff, or through our own online booking platforms (website, Google business profile, Facebook profile, and Instagram profile).
All online reservations are formalized with the receipt of an email confirmation, where you can verify the date and time, the number of guests, and the space that has been reserved. Therefore, if you have not received this email, the reservation has not been made. Please check your spam folder or verify if you have completed the process correctly. For any modification of a confirmed reservation, it will be essential to contact our staff to ensure availability for your request. Reservations, in general, can be made up to a maximum of 30 days in advance. If you wish to book a celebration or event, please contact our staff to receive all the information regarding date reservation and specific booking conditions.
To ensure available seating, the maximum table occupancy time will be 1 hour and 45 minutes. We kindly ask that you be punctual.
After a 15-minute grace period beyond the reservation time, if you do not show up, it will be automatically canceled.
Reservations made for the terrace will be canceled in case of adverse weather conditions, and if these weather phenomena occur during your visit, we may not be able to relocate you indoors. Therefore, if you want to ensure availability, we suggest making the reservation for indoor seating. In case of any special needs (space for strollers, high chairs for children, people with reduced mobility…), it will be essential to inform us at the time of your reservation for proper accommodation and resource organization. Availability will not be guaranteed in any case except for express confirmation from our staff. Consuming products that are not offered by the establishment is not allowed (except for specific needs indicated at the time of the reservation).
We only allow pets on our outdoor terrace, provided that safety measures are ensured, they do not pose any risk or disturbance, and you have notified us in your reservation. In any case, the use of sturdy leash or cord and muzzle or carrier will be mandatory. Some of the dishes on the menu may vary or may not be available, and the menu may be updated without prior notice to adapt to market product variations. If you have any allergies and/or intolerances, please remember to inform your waiter/waitress so that we can take care of your meal attentively. In the event that, due to sudden or force majeure circumstances such as a pandemic, changes in legislation, severe facility breakdowns, or similar causes, we cannot offer you the formalized reservation or the established conditions, no compensation will be provided.
